So, the obese patient that was on tonight that has been undiagnosed and has had GI issues for a long time and ophthalmologic issues recently. I did only catch the last few minutes of the episode but I think that she needs an intensive Psych. Evaluation. She appears to have Munchausen's Syndrome.
