Mork & Mindy - Episode Guide

Mork's boss, Orson, assigns Mork to study the planet Earth. After landing near Boulder, Colorado, he meets Mindy McConnell who was stranded in the woods by her lecherous boyfriend. Thinking Mork is a priest, Mindy lets Mork escort her home. However, when they are back at Mindy's apartment she discovers that he is an alien. Later, in a flashback sequence, Mork tells Mindy about a previous visit to Earth when Fonzie arranged a date for him with Laverne De Fazio.

Mork continues his story about his date with Laverne. When Mindy's father, Fred, discovers that Mork had moved in with Mindy, Deputy Tilwick offers to scare Mork off. Tilwick believes Mork is insane and tries to have him committed.

After constant hounding from Fred, Mork agrees to move out of Mindy's apartment. But Mork's plans are complicated when he becomes drunk on ginger ale.

Realizing that his living with Mindy is making it difficult for her to date, Mork decides to move out. While looking for a flophouse, he stumbles upon Exidor, the delusional leader (and only tangible member) of "The Friends of Venus."

When Mindy tells Mork that he has to experience love in order to understand the human experience, he takes her advice and falls head over heels for the lovely Dolly, oblivious to the fact that she's a mannequin.

A new customer at the music store turns out to be Mindy's old rival, Susan Taylor. Susan sets her sights on Mork, as revenge for Mindy stealing her boyfriend back in high school.

At the music store, Mork has a run in with Clint Mullet, a reporter for a tabloid that is offering $25,000 for proof of alien life. After Fred saves Mork's life, Mork decides to turn himself in to pay for Fred's plumbing bills, and Mindy's college tuition.

When Mork tricks Mindy into believing that he can predict the weather, Mindy tells him that he should never lie. The music store's despicable landlord, Arnold Wanker, dies while trying to evict Fred from the music store. Mork, hearing the family try to comfort his widow, assumes that that Wanker is their friend, and brings him back from the dead.

Mork experiences snow for the first time and learns something about gullibility.

When Mindy is reunited with her ex-fiance, Dan, she wonders what it would be like to raise a family, while Mork wonders what it would have been like to have had a mother. Mork kills two birds with one stone by using his Orkan Age Machine to regress himself to three years old.

When a goon tries to put the moves on an unwilling Mindy, Mork can't protect her because Orkans don't believe in violence. When the goon insists on a fight, Mork uses Orkan strategies to deal with him without using violence

When a friend of Cora's passes away, she goes into a funk. When Mork hears she needs more friends her age, he decides to become one.

Mork learns about the meaning of Christmas, and helps remind everyone else about it when he invites the obnoxious Susan Taylor to spend Christmas with the McConnell's because she's got no one to celebrate with.

Mork thinks Russian immigrant Sergei Krushnev is an alien like him, and tries to help welcome him. Trouble ensues when Sergei tells Mork that 'aliens' need to be registered.

Mindy is irritated by her grouchy new neighbor, Mr. Bickley, but Mork is determined to be friends with him.

Mork agrees to perform a secret wedding ceremony for his 10-year-old friend Eugene and a girl named Holly after they decide it's the only way to break the hold of their overbearing parents.

Mork's decision to help Exidor with a zany plan to become Emperor of Earth results in him and Mindy nearly freezing to death in Exidor's derelict summer home.

Mork announces he's decided to move to another planet, and Mindy's resulting depression spreads to Mr. Bickley. Susan Taylor convinces them to join her in a self-help program that turns out to be a fraud.

When Mork meets Sally's newborn son, his zealous desire to have a baby of his own is overheard by a kidnapper who offers to sell him one for $10,000.

Mork decides to shut down all of his emotions after being traumatized by his first vivid nightmare. A kiss from Mindy brings them back, but also causes Mork to lose his ability to control them.

When Mindy goes away for the weekend, Mork and Mr. Bickley goes to a single bar for a night out.

When Mr. Bickley steals Mork's age machine, he unknowingly causes Mork's age to change from that of a baby to middle aged.

Mork's attempt to find a new job is complicated by his "birthday", a potentially fatal condition that causes him to behave stranger than usual unless he recharges himself with his egg-like "gleek".

When Mork inadvertently costs Mindy a potential job, he decides to return to Ork. Orson then shows him what would have happened to Mindy over the last year had Mork not been there.

Mork learns all about life, death and pets when he brings home a pet caterpillar which he names Bob.

Mork shrinks after taking a cold capsule.

While shrunk, Mork finds himself in an odd world.

To keep excitement in his relationship with Mindy, Mork starts fights with her and then wants to kiss and make up.

Due to a misunderstanding about Monopoly money, gold-digger Kathy believes Mork is rich, and claims she is carrying his child.

Working as a security guard in a science museum, Mork befriends a robot.

After Mork and Mindy are hired as campaign workers by Mindy's cousin, Nelson Flavor, who is running for city councilman, they end up competing for the same job.

Mork discovers he is allergic to Mindy, when he has uncontrollable fits of laughter (the Orkan equivalent to sneezing) around her.

When Mindy's childhood home is put up for sale, Mork discovers several of Mindy's deceased relatives still reside there.

Mindy goes to the hospital to have her tonsils removed, but a mix-up finds her being prepped for brain surgery.

When Nelson receives threatening phone calls, Mork and Mindy investigate a shady club.

Three voluptuous aliens from Necroton capture Mork and attempt to find out what information he's learned about Earth.

Captain Nirvana kidnaps Mindy in order to coax Mork out of hiding.

Nelson tries to further his political career by getting Mork the opportunity to try out to be a Denver Broncos cheerleader.

Mindy's level of annoyance with Exidor hits an all-time high when he invites himself and his new girlfriend, Ambrosia, to dinner.

When Mork decides to join the Air Force, he unwittingly learns of the cover up of a radiation spill.

Mork finds Exidor's estranged mother who protests his forthcoming marriage to Ambrosia by chaining herself to Mindy's kitchen counter.

Mork is overjoyed when Fred returns and announces that he's remarried, but for Mindy, it dredges up painful memories of her mother's death.

Mork haplessly gets involved with a group of white supremacists.

When Mr. Bickley's blind son Tom comes to visit, Mork learns from him to see the world differently.

When Mork takes a mental vacation, other strange, vacationing aliens take up residence in his body.

Mindy takes a job writing the Miss Lonely Hearts newspaper column and unknowingly encourages Jean to pursue a romantic relationship with Mork.

When Mork is threatened with deportation, Exidor adopts him.

Mork recruits his friends to turn the hour devoted to Nelson's 7:00 AM Saturday morning campaign speech into a variety show for kids.

Mork decides to become a priest.

Mork becomes so hopelessly addicted to advertisements that they invade his dreams.

When marital problems plague Fred, he turns to Mork and Mindy for help.

Mork becomes a bum in order to help Mindy open a children's hospital.

An Orkan comes down to Earth in order to challenge Mork.

Mindy has failed getting access to comedian/actor Robin Williams for an interview and while he's in town Mork gets hounded by a crowd of Robin's fans and can't understand why.

Mork attempts at creating clones of Mindy when she goes out of town.

Mork becomes a swinger after Mindy suggests he see other single women.

Mindy leads a picket line on Remo's restaurant after he fires an unsuccessful singing duo.

Fred's estranged brother comes into town for a family reunion, but what happens when Mindy eats an Orkan dessert the night of the reunion?

When Mindy's grandmother comes to visit, she is mugged, so Mork disguises himself as an old lady to catch the muggers.

Mork goes on television and gives some tasty but hurtful rumors about his friends.

Mork's attempts at housework turn the apartment into a disaster area.

At his 50th birthday party, everyone tries to cheer up Bickley with revelations of their own regrets.

Mork proposes to Mindy on bended knee.

Opposed to Mork's marriage, Orson decides to stop it by turning him into a dog.

Mindy and Mork take an interplanetary honeymoon.

Mork tries to hide the egg he laid when he thinks that Mindy doesn't want to start a family.

The newborn Mearth seems to show more affection for Mork than for Mindy.

Mork pretends to be a superhero for Mearth's sake.

Mork fantasizes about competing for Mindy in high school.

Mork makes an investment in a boutique of Exidor "originals".

Mearth runs away upon realizing he's an alien.

Mearth attends school on Ork where he's teased for being an "Earth-head".

Mearth is allowed to have some of his Orkan friends over and Zelka ends up spending the night.

Mork and Mindy are unable to have a conversation while Mearth is away.

A short circuit causes Mork and Mearth to switch minds.

Mindy is tired of coming from work and then having to go out on errands in the evening, so Mork takes driving lessons.

Orson erases Mork's family from Mork's memory in order for Mork to focus on his work.

Following a brief visit from a space traveler, Mork builds a home computer that subsequently takes over.

Mork learns the secret of turning polyester into gold.

Mindy is held in contempt of court for refusing to reveal a source of news.

Mork befriends a Neptunian who has an Earth wife of his own.

In attempt to stop Kalnik, Mork decides to tell the world he's an alien.

As a result of his notoriety, Mork is faced with fans, marketing executives and Kalnik.

Note: This was intended to be the season finale, ending with a cliffhanger to be resolved in season 5. ABC decided to cancel the show and opted to air The Mork Report as the final episode instead to give it a sense of closure.

Mork bucks hard for a promotion from leader Orson on planet Ork, and unintentionally comes up with a report on how to stay happily married on Earth.

Note: This episode was filmed before "Gotta Run", but was aired last because of the show's cancellation and to give the series appropriate closure.
