Sievers und die letzte Beichte

At a funeral in a stylish cemetery, Hinnerk Feldmann discovers a dead woman under the coffin of the deceased. The dead man is called Maria Fröbe. She was suffocated the night before. Maria was a singer in the church choir. After the choir rehearsal, she cycled home with Malte Arent. He is an employee of Maria's husband Jochen Fröbe, who runs a thatched roofing shop. Jochen assumes that she is a painter, lover and murderer of Maria. But Malte exonerated the investigations of the Sylt commissioners. Commissioner Sievers finds out that the victim did not go home, but instead went back to church to meet Pastor Tillich. Tillich does not deny the weekly meetings, but he has had no relationship with Maria.
But when Tillich is more and more suspected of being a crime, he breaks his vow of silence and reveals that an unknown person confessed to him the murder of Maria. If Tillich tells the truth, he is in danger. Commissioner Sievers instructed Hinnerk and Ina to watch the pastor. When Jochen Fröbe finds his wife's love letters to Pastor Tillich, he enters the church. Can Ina, who is now active as a singer in the choir, convict the real perpetrator?

The Silke Adler midwife is cycling on the street behind the Sylt dunes for her next appointment. A car pushes her off the street. The impact is fatal. For Carl Sievers, Ina Behrendsen and Hinnerk Feldmann, it does not look like an accident with driver flight, but rather as a resolution. Shortly afterwards, the vehicle is found near the scene of the accident. It belongs to Dr. Johann Sowa, head of gynecology at the Sylt Hospital. He had traveled over the weekend – without a car – and reported the car as stolen immediately after his return. The doctor knew the midwife, but the two did not get along well. Dr. Sowa held it irresponsible for Silke Adler continuing to do home birth on Sylt, although the maternity ward was closed some time ago.
The commissioners combine: did something go wrong with a house birth for which someone wanted to take revenge on the midwife? Before he was stolen, Dr. Sowa always put his car in the workshop of Christopher and Constanze Schwanitz. The couple who run the workshop recently had offspring. A girl. Here, too, Silke was the obstetrician. Oddly enough, little Solveig was born on the day another child disappeared.
