A 15-year-old runaway girl comes to the apartment of the father she hasn't seen in years, only to find a man dead inside. When she finds out her father is not the dead man but possibly the killer, she still continues to search for him, not knowing that he is also being hunted by the brother of the dead man, who plans to kill him.

When he shows off his poses for a young woman, he becomes enraged and unwittingly chokes her to death. He's taken in by a couple and entered into the bodybuilding contest, but broods when he finishes only second.
