But BBC America is a US channel !

Our API only tracks original premiere dates, not (foreign) reruns.

If you look closely, you'll see, that Doctor is a BBC One series, not BBC America. So the airdates are from original channel.

Thanks to both David and TNT. You were correct and I made a boo-boo.

I found that my API-Vacuum works properly if I do BOTH http://api.tvmaze.com/schedule?country=US&date=2017-04-15 and http://api.tvmaze.com/schedule?country=GB&date=2017-04-15

which meant I will catch Doctor Who S10E02 which should air later today
