There was no break in the middle, or separate titles/credits in both of these cases.

They only made a pilot and it's yet to be determined if they'll make more, but they'd like to make a 12 episode series. The problem is with the cast. The cast is only at the end of the episode without any specifics: https://imgur.com/a/5IqgWLu

Do I add all of them as main cast for now, and if they'll make the entire show will try to specify then which one is main cast and which one is guest star based on the next episodes ?

There's no harm in adding them all as main, until proven otherwise :)

If there's some kind of press release, from network or production company, it may list main stars of the show. Or you could use show's poster as reference, and consider as main stars only actors whose names are listed on the poster.

Was it ordered by the network for the intention for airing more? If no, it should not be allowed as series. If yes, it can remain.

For the cast? I would add them as guest and not as main, until further notified in upcoming episodes. Most definitely not as main.

They made the pilot in 2017 and showed it at a film festival. The TV networked that aired it a week ago said in the press release that it's a comedy show (serial de comedie), as shown here: https://www.protv.ro/filme/anii-de-sambata-seara-poveste-generatie-istorie-protv.html In the press release, Nae Caranfil, the creator, says that he wants to do 12 episodes. It's not known yet if they'll continue to make it. Maybe this is a sign that ProTV will make the next 11 episodes.

Hello. I completed adding data for Season 4 for the Hogan Family. Some Cast Appearances need to be updated. Willard Scott only guest starred in a couple of episodes. While Steve Witting and Tom Hodges did not appear in a handful.

It's definitely not gonna be deleted, because it meets TVmaze policy (shows in development that have the intention of releasing at least 2 episodes/parts), and pilot have been aired.

Considering other question – I won't argue if you do this either way. So to avoid the confusion you could add the actors as Thomas said :)
