I did accidentally add an IMDb ID (tt9164986) to The Baker and the Beauty, the Israeli show, but that's the Imdb for the upcoming US remake with the same title.

I was curious about Paradise Hotel. A separate page / new show was created for the 2019 Paradise Hotel. However, on Wikipedia and on thetvdb.com, the 2019 season is included in the original Paradise Hotel (starting in 2003), meaning a new show page should not have been created and should just be added onto the original version of the show.

This is the problem of aforementioned websites, not ours. Not wiki nor TVDb are considered official (or trustworthy for that matter). FOX, on the other hand, threats the show as a new one, with the current season being season 1 https://www.fox.com/paradise-hotel/.
So, per TVmaze policy, the new entry is justified.

Considering that it's previously been deleted, it's best if you provide links as proof.
I've checked myself here & here that the date corresponds to the episode and have now added it.
Given the number of episodes it's infeasible to verify if the episode number is correct though, so I'll just have to trust that it's correct the way that it is.

Alright, so now that we got more info regarding the All That revival, what should be done? It's airing on the same network, but sites like Wikipedia are treating it as season 11 while other sites like IMDb are treating it as a whole new series as opposed to a new season of the original show.

It's a tricky as I literally have no access to Nickolodeon USA myself and somehow my proxies do not work, but from what Ive read is that most information talks only about the 'revival' of ''All That'' and some cast will re-appear as guest in the shows with scenes that may make references to those episodes. I also see that the co-creator from before will be joining the show, so I would consider to use it as season 11 instead of creating a new show.
