I'd assume that's why there's the option to just remove an airdate and still have an episode exist/be listed. I'd say as long as it's confirmed (which it is through Futon Critic and Zap2it), it's fine to keep listed. Their original listings were only removed (crossed out on Futon) because Lifetime decided to change their schedule with the coronavirus going on.
Either way, the episodes will eventually be listed... but I'm fine if there's a certain standard/consensus for this.

I wonder, how come that those episodes already have cast and images? Were they released somewhere else?
It has been broadcast in the UK and some other places under the name: "The Heart Guy".
The current season was supposed to broadcast last year but Nine held it over for some reason.

Ok, got it. Just to be clear, is it a sole Nine Network's property and not a co-prod?
I've removed airdates, but I think it's not possible to reset the counter (not for me anyway), so you'll have to came back here for the next update :)
