Done, except Awkwafina as per editor wiki; as Comedy Central made that episode available on 20/01/2020, we use that date and episode ordering. 

This would be ideal for alternate lists, but unfortunately we can only set the type as 'DVD Release'

Silent Witness, News? Not sure if this is acceptable as far as source. Did see two other articles elsewhere that "confirmed". Also not sure if can be added as news now as Policies seem to indicate articles only acceptable up to 7 days after publication. (have seen news over 30 days old...and 7 does seem rather restrictive)  Anyway....

Today I surfed the Internet and came across one Wikipedia article. This is a List of supplementary Doctor Who episodes. I think you could add some as special episodes.

For example, "Search Out Space", released on November 21, 1990.

Also "The Pilot Episode", which was not broadcast, but was released on the VHS on August 26, 1991.

"Destiny of the Doctors", which also did not broadcast, but was released on DVD in 1997.

Also prequels to the classic series, which also appeared only on the VHS: "Ian Chesterton: An Introduction", "Global Conspiracy?", "Liberty Hall".

It is also interesting that "The Curse of Fatal Death" was broadcast as 4 episodes of 5 minutes, albeit on the same day.

All supplementary episodes that were not broadcast on TV can be left without a date. I think these episodes should be added so that people know what they are and watch them. In general, the Doctor Who universe is very huge.

No episodes tagged; three placed I checked do not have him or the character as ever being in this series...even as guest star.

It is technically a special episode however, but it does not seem to be under the specials list either. Plus as seen from the fandom's wiki, it is listed as the 48th episode of season 19.
