[ FEATURE REQUEST] Add Netflix and Amazon Video Ids to Database and API

As a developer I would like to provide deeplinks to Netflix and Amazon Video. To do this two new fields would need to be added to the show object.

amazonId : String eg B077QSLYRV

netlfixId : String eg 70266228

This would enable deep linking to the show page for Netflix and Amazon on the website and in apps.

I guess it was meant not only for the Netflix and Amazon originals.
