Looked around, but only thing I could find it aired 2013, but the airdates seem to be impossible to find.

First I would look at source-code/API of their site, example of Coco Nogales = 2017-03-26, but is clearly wrong (also that date on IMDB btw), considering you can find that video also from 12 June 2014.

At least the years and episode order are clear from https://www.indigenousfilms.com/catalogue Arguably 3 seasons.

You can find some kind of news article for some episodes on their site and at youtube:

2013-03-27 - Jamie Sterling - https://www.redbull.com/se-en/peaking-jamie-sterling (Mar 29, 2013 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXfRUMKaH5c) - "Peaking - A Big Wave Surfer's Perspective is a new, six-part original series"
2013-06-26 - Carlos Burle - https://www.redbull.com/se-en/peaking-carlos-burle (Jul 2, 2013 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4bQA3PXov4) - "is the second episode of the series"
2013-10-01 - Ramon Navarro - https://www.redbull.com/us-en/peaking-ramon-navarro (Sep 25, 2013 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Eu5vT7qUSs)
2014-04-09 - Peter Mel - https://www.redbull.com/se-en/peaking-peter-mel-big-wave-surfers-perspective (May 1, 2014 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYYO-IJYlEM)
2014-06-12 - Coco Nogales - https://www.redbull.com/se-en/videos/peaking-coco-nogales-2014-6-12 (May 12, 2015 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=moRVsgg5Yu8)
etc.

Most times the site article is first, but sometimes (like Ramon Navarro) it's first on YT. Therefor I am not sure if you want to use this.

Overall certainly a bit confusing.. good luck :)
