Stath Lets Flats - Episode Guide

In the first episode Stath needs to impress his dad/boss Vasos and let some flats, after losing his patience and pushing a customer. But he's not as fast as the other agents when it comes to arranging viewings. In an act of desperation he steals a viewing from arch rival Carole, but things don't go to plan. Meanwhile Sophie takes Al to hospital after a nasty accident in the office.

Stath is delighted when his dad gives him a garden flat in a desirable area to show, but the viewing doesn't go well.

After Stath accidentally burns down a property, he falls out with his exasperated dad. He manages to land himself a job at the slick agency next door, Smethwicks. It's a chance for Stath to prove himself outside the family business, but he struggles to fit in with their 'work hard, play hard' culture. Al tries to train Sophie as Stath's replacement, but although the pair bond, she isn't cut out for the lettings world.

Stath is psyched up for the annual inter-agency football tournament - it's a chance to get one over the rival agency Smethwicks. When he finds out he's been dropped from the team, he takes desperate measures to get on the pitch. The post-match drinks result in a passionate tryst between an unlikely couple. Meanwhile Sophie and best friend Katia plan a surprise dance to show off their talents at the tournament.

After a night of drunken passion with his former rival Carole, Stath is infatuated, but will his feelings be reciprocated? Meanwhile it's results day for Sophie. Stath had promised to take Sophie to her college, but is caught up in his own drama so she turns to Al for support.

Vasos is turning 70 and a party is planned for the end of the working day. Stath is desperate for his dad to hand the business to him, but when Carole demands a head-to-head interview for the position, Stath is out of his depth. Who will Vasos choose to become manager? Elsewhere, Sophie tries to avoid Al while his Japanese girlfriend Tomoko is in town, but she's forced to hang out with them at her dad's birthday party.

New boss Julian is making changes at Michael & Eagle and when he unveils a slick new promo with no mention of the family, Stath decides to make his own rival video. Meanwhile, Sophie tries to move on from Al and focus on her music.

Stath is forced to experience flat-hunting from the other side when his dad announces that he needs to move out of the family home. Sophie agrees to look with him but has mixed emotions when Stath invites newly single Al to join them.

Stath is struggling with the smart new clients brought in by Julian, until he meets well-meaning middle-class millennial Harriet, who takes a shine to him. But he soon finds himself out of his depth with her intellectual friends. Meanwhile, Al uses his singing talents to get close to Sophie.

Michael & Eagle comes under threat when a rival agency starts burning its signs and when keys are stolen too, Stath is challenged to prove his bravery. Sophie finds herself caught up in the lettings agency war when she falls for fellow dogsbody Cem.

Sophie decides to invite her new boyfriend Cem to a Stath's annual siblings dinner, which makes Stath face up to the terrible state of his own love life. Later, Sophie gets second thoughts after a fun day out with Al.

Stath, Michael & Eagle are nominated for a local letting agents award, thanks to Julian's improvements. With their new partners and success for the family business, everything seems to be rosy for Stath, Sophie and their dad. But shocking revelations at the awards dinner threaten their happiness.

Incompetent letting agent Stath is faced with rescuing the family business, Michael & Eagle, and his relationship with Katia, while expecting his first child with Carole. Meanwhile, his sister Sophie and best friend Al deal with the fallout of finally declaring their feelings for each other. 

Stath wants to be a good dad, but Carole is keeping him and Katia away from the new baby. Stath's violent feud with a rival letting agency doesn't exactly help...

While Stath enjoys a lads' night with Al and Dean, Sophie and Katia take Carole out. But will Carole's poisonous sister Kris and a raucous open mic night ruin their blossoming friendship?

Stath is shamed online after a flat viewer secretly films him. He tries to defend himself by performing a humiliating act for charity, which threatens to make things even worse for Michael & Eagle...

A surprise stag do for Stath's dad Vasos turns into a nostalgic trip into the past when the gang discover a home video recording the early days of Michael & Eagle.

Alone and struggling to start anew, Stath sees his dad's wedding as the perfect opportunity to win back the love of his life

We follow lettings agent Stath as he goes about his day to day - letting flats, catching rats and parking badly.
