Deegan is a criminal appearing in Mr Robot 4x2 and 4x8. He is a "fixer", illegally providing fake identities for those seeking a new life. His links to the Irish Mob in Hell's Kitchen and likely to the PIRA make Deegan a very dangerous individual.
His first scene is an interview with Dom. Subtle hints are given to his role in the season, and are unveiled when he reveals to the Dark Army that Dom spared him from jail through a technicality, and in exchange he saved her family from the criminal group.
