Anthony is called in to help the Grant Hills Motel in Galena, IL. However, he soon discovers that the motel's main issue isn't the poorly maintained rooms but the feuding sisters who run the place.

Anthony travels to Galena, IL to help out the Grant Hills Motel. It's owned by Ramona Vincent, and her sister Renee Farrey is the general manager. First he goes to the DeSoto House, the oldest operating hotel in Illinois. He says that it's picture-perfect, like most of the 40 hotels in galena.
