To help with any future confusion, even though Berry Kroeger is credited as Eugene Jarech, he is constantly referred to as Arthur Jarech. There is even a scene where his name on the building was written as "Jarech, Arthur L. - Attorney at Law", so this is an obvious error in the episode's credits.
