Update on plans for the future of Doctor Who

Today we're announcing an update on plans for the future of Doctor Who.
As part of securing the next phase of the show for future generations, and in line with the BBC's Charter and Agreement requirements, the BBC will put Doctor Who out to competitive tender this year. Doctor Who remains an important part of the BBC and this tender underpins the BBC's continued commitment to Doctor Who ensuring audiences will enjoy the show for years to come.
After careful consideration, the BBC, Russell T Davies and Bad Wolf have collectively decided not to go ahead with the previously announced Doctor Who Christmas episode. This decision was not taken lightly, and we know it will be disappointing for fans, but in order to set the show up for future series, it was decided that rather than bridge the gap with a one off special, we are choosing to push forward to invest in the long-term future of the show which ensures that when the TARDIS lands once more, it does so in all its glory.
The previously announced new Doctor Who animation series for CBeebies is currently in production.
Details of the tender will be announced in due course.
The BBC retains all IP in Doctor Who. BBC Studios will continue to lead the global distribution of Doctor Who as well as licensing, consumer products, digital and immersive experiences on behalf of the BBC.

Like I said in my previous comment (AND in the previous discussion I had with this same individual here) I would implore you to please tell me specifically which episodes and/or moments you can point out something politically radical being pushed in the previous two seasons of Who. Any specific ideologies or themes being pushed that haven't been pushed earlier (and please do include timestamps or at least episode titles). Because most of the people screaming about the "WOKE LEFT" seem to be all bark and no bite.
Please enlighten the rest of us who are clearly too dumb to understand it for ourselves - what you people mean by "Doctor Who is radically left and woke." What do any of these buzzwords actually mean to you? To me they're just overused buzzwords that have lost all meaning at this point.

The fact that you can't recognize that the left has pushed the propaganda dial past 11 just proves that it worked on you.
I still wonder what agenda you thought/think Russel was pushing with the past two seasons that weren't already being "pushed" on Doctor Who before...? I think a lot of the people who have fond memories of this show from back in the day need to rewatch some of it to realise that the doctor hasn't really been a conservative racist reform type guy, yall just grew up and became everything the doctor has always disproved of.
GOOD! They need to ditch Davies and his agenda, and hire some people who actually love the show as a classic scifi show and respect this history of it. Not trying to drive their own POV and agenda. Russel ruined it. That last season was it for me. I quit halfway. It was truly terrible.
