Alastair J. Ringland

Alastair J. Ringland, whose first name means defender of mankind, is a compassionate, creative leader, actor and entrepreneur. Born on the 19th of April 1990, he grew up in the village of Woodbeck in Nottinghamshire, England. He moved to Canada in 2016 and worked as a carpenter but soon discovered his love for the film industry and decided to pursue acting. While on his journey in film, Alastair became creator and CEO of "Innerstand" a self development and wellness card program with the intent to teach others to step into their full potential. After overcoming many of his own challenges, Alastair used what he learnt from his foundation in Hypnotherapy, to share his findings and methods with the world. Currently Alastair resides in Vancouver, Canada.
