Airport manager Jim Conrad must figure out an emergency landing procedure under abnormal airport conditions for a 727 with a bad nose gear, in “Crisis" on ‘‘Four-in-One: San Francisco International Airport’ to be colorcast on NBC-TV Wednesday, Nov. 18 (9-10 p.m.). Conrad not only must figure out a strategy for bringing in the plane piloted by Capt. Howard Spence (guest star Dane Clark), but also must evaluate the efficiency of radar operator Del Fracer (guest star Charles Aidman), just back on the job following an inquiry involving an air collision. Russ Conway portrays Grimes, the radar control room supervisor.
