Yes, the interactions between those two have been great, not just in this episode but in the previous episodes as well. I liked Tony Vega before but with Sugar I came to appreciate him a lot as an actor.
Also, I didn't know Sasha Calle before Sugar, and now I'm a fan. She's captivating!

So far, the confirmed cameos that have been announced include Kaley Cuoco, Melissa Rauch, Christine Baranski, and Riki Lindhome who will reprise their respective roles from The Big Bang Theory or portray alternate versions of those roles. In addition, Wil Wheaton will recur. But I wouldn't be surprised if Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons and Simon Helberg will also do cameos.
