I enjoy this show but I was. In a accident and need to use closed caption. I am in New York State and my IPS is Time Warner. I have been on the phone for hours telling them that I get closed caption on USA networks with the exception of Mr. Robot and The "Suits" TV program. Does anyone have a suggestion. When I call tv technical service, I reach someone in the Philipines and they can not. Understand my "American Accent".
