In regard to the 7news_spotlight in which you were interviewed by Liam Bartlett.
I firstly want to thank you for your honesty and courage for speaking out about your challenges you face through Mental Illness. I am some 5 years older than you, and also grew up i Sydney. I was diagnosed Bipolar and major anxiety late in life. At listening to you recall your past, your history mirrored myself as my adult life has played out as close to your experience as I have.
I thank you for your stepping up and giving myself hope from your words of advice for people like myself, who have lost everything and everyone from mental illness.
