In this case the original source is Apple, and they clearly label 'My Bad' as one episode, it is season 3 episode 1. 'Happiness Mission' is season 3 episode 2. 'D-Day' is season 3 episode 3. After the season premiere, all of TVMaze's labels are off by 1 and in conflict with IDMB, rottentomatoes, TVDB, serializd, tvtime, next-episode.net, trackseries.tv, etc
