Just like real life.

Only two episodes in and the hurts just keep on coming.  phew.

The Pilot ep has a ridiculous number of quick lol jokey lines and bizarre character back-stories.  Guess I'll keep watching.  Curious if the rest of the eps are as funny.

Hope not.  I had low expectations going in, but the pilot was smarter and more engaging than expected.  

But, that's just the pilot.
