To be honest, I live in Canada where we have free healthcare (not complaining here).  This tv series throws a big spotlight at medical staffs and what they have to endure on their day to day...and rude people!  Whether it's "free healthcare" or not, both systems are affected the same.

Sorry, but you should be sorry for being so eff'ing mean!  The main actress is 70 years old and she is an amazing actress I might add (last time I saw her was when she played a villain in the tv series "Hunters").  Maybe the perfect 'Hollywood Type' is YOUR thing but please respect those outstanding actors/actresses that aren't choosing plastic surgery to evolve in the movie industry.  Some age beautifully...and some don't.  I hope in your old age that no one will tell you how an ugly old prick you have become.
