Dylan Briggs is a member of the Exo-Terrorism Unit (ETU). Briggs is cold, by-the-book and ruthlessly dedicated to taking down Hunters, behavior that often puts him at odds with his teammates. A smile on Briggs' face is as rare as a four-leaf clover, but he's not angry without reason. He's more haunted by his past, and how the Hunters have impacted it, than he'll admit.
