Ian and Eva Fraser are working in their lab, and Ian's left hand is caught in the projection field. Once they shut down the power, they stare at Ian's hand in shock. The next day, Mrs. Palmer and her assistant Edgar Price are holding a séance to help millionaire Lincoln Russell, owner of Arrex Electronics, contact the spirit of his dead son.
