Yes, it is Racism.
To give extra attention to just Black shoplifters, assuming that (for one; that White children have a Male Role Model at home, ...) White children are not suffering the same issues as Black children, is Racist against White.
Chuck is Racist. For giving extra 'help' to only one group, based on skin color.
The feminism (i.e. postmodernist Lies) affected All young males. Young White Males deserve equal 'positive' treatment.
