All hell breaks loose when it's discovered that Dr. Kurian's Z-Vaccine doesn't work at all and anyone who has been inoculated is now susceptible to Murphy's unique brand of mind manipulation. Meanwhile, Warren tries to free Vasquez after he's sentenced to death by La Reina.

Not a big fan of that episode. I like this show because it's outrageous and no holds barred, but sometimes they kind of "try too hard", and it loses all believability. The previous episode was way better and very original, so I had hoped the follow up in this one would be on par, but they pushed it way beyond what was necessary and it became plainly and only grotesque. Too bad.
