"I used to be a Biology Lecturer in the US, where I taught loads of different courses including physiology, bioengineering, marine biology, science writing, and science history & philosophy. I especially liked working with lay-audiences. Then, in 2008, I met a girl and followed her to London, where I pursued science media production. Now, I am a proper scientific academic again (Sr. Lecturer in Biomedicine at QMUL) but can't resist the siren's call of a good media piece. I am currently coproducing and presenting for an upcoming YouTube Channel called Bacon's Sandwich, which will be featured on QMUL's website."
