Flip races a '80 Chevy El Camino, appropriately nicknamed "The Old Slut" because of its mismatched parts which he has begged for, borrowed, and stolen to keep the car racing. Every race could be "The Old Slut's" last, having more nitrous run through her engine than "any other car in the country." Flip has been best friends with Big Chief since they were kids, when they would ride bikes to watch the local OKC street races. Flip always has a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other. And, when it comes to street racing the smack-talking never stops.
