Michael Billington, born in Blackburn, Lancashire, UK, was a film and television actor. He is probably best known for his role as Colonel Paul Foster in UFO, and for playing Sergei Barsov The Spy Who Loved Me. Michael tested for, but failed to be cast as James Bond for five different films. He passed away in Margate, UK from cancer.
