Ward wakes ups trapped to a bed and sees someone standing in the shadows. He asks them for help, and Harold steps forward and pulls a knife out of his side. He says that he's hungry and leans over Ward... and Ward realizes that he's hallucinating. Harold appears next to him, saying that he'll go after Joy next, and Ward screams in terror.
