Lenny Henry goes out into the streets of London's West End to follow the lives of some of the city's young homeless. Four young people share their difficult lives and, over the course of a year, tak Lenny into theirworld. He looks at the work of the London Connection and sees how money raised by Comic Relief has offered hope to the capital's homeless.
