Enjoyable episode — even though the foreshadowing (through the secondary story arc) was very evident on who the cliffhanger would be about.

Well, I did not really understand why they had to start a new case. The 9th episode should have been an extra long one, then the new case should have been a new season. This just doesn't make any sense.
