The President's Pardon  Correspondent Scott Pelley reports on President Trump's pardon of Changpeng Zhao, founder of Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. The pardon came shortly after Binance helped catapult the Trump family's cryptocurrency firm, World Liberty Financial, into international recognition.
