The Trade Winds Inn in Rockland, Maine, has a confusing layout and the original owner won't let go of the reins and let his daughter manage the place. To save the hotel, Anthony has to deal with all of the code violations in the buildings while convincing the owner to step back.

Anthony goes to Rockland, Maine, the lobster capital of the world. The Trade Winds Inn is right on the ocean and has a giant lobster statue out front. Bob Liberty built the hotel from the ground up and retired, legally passing on the business to his three children.
