Joe and Leo were house hunting in their current city of New York, but due to the high prices and limited space, they have decided to change their plans and invest in a vacation property in San Juan, Puerto Rico. They would love a home with spectacular ocean views and within close proximity to the beach. Although their budget of $350,000 might go a little further in San Juan, Joe and Leo aren't sure if finding a home for that price might be a little too ambitious. With the help of local real estate agent Brian Aronson, they hope to find their very own affordable slice of paradise.
