Ever since her husband and hair legend Danny Gianfrancesco passed away more than ten years ago, Gayle and her daughter Christy have been running the family business at the Gatsby Salon. But now after a multi-million dollar renovation, Gayle is ready to step out of Danny's shadow and run the salon her way. She's ready to take the Gatsby to the next level--complete with a fresh new staff! After extensive interviews and auditions, the new team is formed, including established stylist Anthony, sweetheart hairdresser Gigi, top bridal make-up artist Alexa, ditzy-yet-lovable assistant makeup artist Olivia, and Olivia's rival, Tracy, an aggressive up-and-coming stylist who will do whatever it takes to push Olivia's buttons.

As the staff settles into their new home at the Gatsby, Gayle encourages everyone to get to know each other--but drama starts to unfold as big personalities clash. First, Olivia finds herself on thin ice when she's late on her first day and is unprepared to work on a client. Determined to get Olivia out of the salon, Tracy plays dirty when she invites her boyfriend (who happens to be Olivia's ex) to come in. Meanwhile, Gigi butts heads with Alexa over their view on marriage, and Gayle forces all the stylists to work together on a big ticket bachelorette party. But when the bachelorettes become too demanding, the staff finds themselves pushed to their breaking point.

Despite the multi-million dollar renovation, business isn't booming just yet, so in order to raise the salon's profile, Gayle decides the staff should shoot a commercial, much like the ones her late husband Danny used to do back in the day. When Olivia lands the lead role, Tracy is furious and finds a way to talk the director into giving her more screen time--but will Gayle approve of her taking control? Meanwhile, Olivia accompanies Alexa on a Glam Fairy photo shoot outside the salon, but she starts the shoot on rocky ground after arriving late. Can she redeem herself in front of Alexa? Also, Frankie takes Gigi on a romantic trip, but she's disappointed when she discovers his real agenda is a motorcycle purchase.

The Gatsby is put on high alert when they enter a competition to be featured on the cover of "New Jersey Life: Health and Beauty" magazine, and the stylists have to be on their best behavior to make a good impression on a spy who will be dropping by the salon unannounced. The publicity could mean great things for the Gatsby so Christy and Gayle are making sure everyone on staff is ready to do their best work. But when Anthony is pulled away to address a crisis at his salon which is under renovation, the staff needs to do damage control to make sure they don't ruin their chance of winning. Meanwhile, the drama between Tracy and Olivia escalates as they throw dueling parties on the same night.

As they evaluate how their new stylists are doing, Christy and Gayle feel that Olivia and Tracy don't quite fit the classy image they want for the salon. With the help of Alexa, the three of them pull some strings and arrange for Tracy and Olivia to go to New York City's top salon so they can learn from the best--and get an elegant "makeunder" in the process! But will Tracy and Olivia be willing to tone down their over-the-top "Jerseylicious" style? Yeah, right! From taming Tracy's signature sky-high hair to trimming Olivia's outrageous nails, these girls aren't going down without a fight! Meanwhile, Gigi gives Frankie's mom a makeover and Anthony hires an intern to help around the salon.

When Alexa is set up on a blind date, she asks Olivia to do a double date with her for moral support. Olivia finally sees a softer side of the "Glam Fairy" and is happy to see her hit it off with her new guy. Meanwhile, ever since her trip to New York, Tracy has become inspired to up her game and lands a gig styling hair for an event for a local designer, while her relationship with Lorenzo takes a turn for the worst when she sees him talking to Olivia at a club. Also, Olivia gets the chance to prove herself to Alexa when she works her first Glam Fairy wedding, and Anthony's intern Filippo is put to the test to see if he can handle more responsibility at the salon.

After working on a client who battled cancer, Gayle is inspired to help others in need by organizing a charity event. In a continuing effort to impress the folks at "New Jersey Life: Health and Beauty" magazine, she and Christy decide to hold a Locks of Love event at the Gatsby salon where women can donate their long hair in exchange for a makeover. In an effort to end Tracy and Olivia's drama, Gayle puts them in charge of running the show, but she ends up wrongfully firing Tracy when she fights with Olivia's roommate during the event. Gayle asks Tracy to come back, but will Tracy accept her apology? Meanwhile, competition heats up between the staffers when Gayle holds a cook-off at her house to see who makes the best pasta sauce.

In the season finale of "Jerseylicious," everything that the Gatsby staff has been working toward is on the line as they become one of the two finalists competing for the cover of "New Jersey: Life, Health and Beauty." As their final test, the staff must style a model for a mock photo shoot and will be tested on their final product. Gayle recruits Anthony and Alexa to head up the team, but when Alexa has a meltdown during the middle of the shoot, will it cost the salon the cover? Meanwhile, Olivia tries to convince Alexa to expand her business to a younger crowd, but first she needs to see that there is a market for teens so she challenges Olivia to throw her own fashion show. Also, Gigi gets frustrated when she thinks Frankie isn't planning anything special for their two-year anniversary.

Christy is just six weeks away from starting her maternity leave, and she has to decide who will fill-in as manager at The Gatsby while she's away. So she holds manager trials to see if anyone in the salon can handle the job. Although Anthony is the top choice, he's too busy juggling The Gatsby and his own salon to take on any more responsibility. Olivia and the others jump at the chance--but do any of them have what it takes to run a salon? Meanwhile, Alexa hosts a dinner party for her co-workers to introduce her new boyfriend.

Baby fever has taken over The Gatsby! As Christy nears the end of her pregnancy, her mom Gayle struggles with the idea of becoming a grandmother and starts dressing too sexy at the salon. She even goes out to a club with Tracy to try and prove she can still party like she did when she was younger. Christy is embarrassed by her mom's actions and wants her to embrace her new role as a grandma instead of rebel against it. Meanwhile, Gigi goes baby crazy and plans a surprise shower for Christy, but her endless chatter about babies pushes her boyfriend Frankie to his breaking point.

To help take Gigi's mind off her break with Frankie, Tracy offers up the perfect solution for her friend: a girls' weekend getaway to Atlantic City! Alexa and Olivia invite themselves along for some female bonding, but it doesn't take long before the girls go at each other. The ladies blow off some steam by going to a sexy male caberet show where Alexa catches the eye of one of the dancers. Meanwhile, Filippo invites Anthony, Frankie and Lorenzo to his family's Jersey Shore house for a guys' weekend. Frankie gets heated when he sees what Gigi is up to in Atlantic City and heads down there to get her back--but when he ends up instigating a big blowout with her, will she make their breakup final?

When Olivia's best friend Brielle gets a boob job, she becomes envious of her pal's bigger bust and goes to extreme lengths to enlarge her own cleavage without actually going under the knife. Frankie has a hard time coping with his breakup with Gigi and opens up to his parents for some advice and support. Also, when the Gatsby Salon staff's fashion sense gets out of control, Gayle enforces a strict "all black" dress code which ends up dividing the salon. The lack of color forces unlikely allies like Olivia and Tracy to team up to persuade Gayle to change her ways. Can they convince Gayle to ditch the boring black and bring color back into the Gatsby?

In order to build more business, Gayle and Christy decide to hold a special mother-daughter event at the salon, where moms and daughters can get their hair and makeup done together. Since pregnant Christy can't be on her feet all day, Gayle hires an event planner to help pull together the event. But the planner's bossy behavior immediately annoys the staff, especially Olivia who is ordered to assist her. Meanwhile, Anthony becomes upset when he finds out the event coincides with his own salon's grand opening, and Gigi sees a psychic to get advice on her love life.

Has Olivia found a new love? Olivia finally ends her dating drought and starts seeing a new guy she met at a club--only to find out he's one of Tracy's exes! Olivia confides her secret to Gigi and makes her promise not to tell Tracy, but Gigi accidentally lets it slip during a night out with the girls. Furious and devastated, Tracy confronts Olivia the next day, but things quickly spiral out of control when the girls get into an explosive brawl in the middle of a parking lot! Meanwhile, Frankie is still heartbroken over his split with Gigi and tells her he wants her back.

When Alexa books a Glam Fairy wedding in Texas, she needs several of the girls at the Gatsby to help out with the large bridal party. Olivia is on board to help with makeup, but Alexa wants Tracy and Gigi to come along and work on hair. Tracy seizes the opportunity to advance her career, but can Olivia put aside her differences with Tracy to focus on business? Meanwhile, Gayle is short-staffed at the salon when Alexa takes three of her girls, leaving her to rethink the partnership with the Glam Fairy business.

Frankie realizes that Gigi is "the one" and is determined to win her back. But Gigi still isn't convinced Frankie's changed for good, so he must prove to her that he won't go back to his old ways. When an elderly Gatsby client suggests a day of beauty at her assisted living home, Alexa and Gayle offer up their makeup and hair services--but their rocky partnership is put to the test when Alexa takes charge and pushes Gayle to her breaking point. After working two jobs and raising enough money, Olivia finally schedules her breast augmentation surgery, but starts to have second thoughts as everyone tries to talk her out of her decision. Christy's pregnancy comes to a crossroads when she encounters serious complications during labor.

Business continues to thrive for the Glam Fairies as Alexa books a job doing hair and makeup for an up-and-coming Bollywood pop star's music video. Alexa hires Tracy as a coordinator--much to Olivia's dismay. Meanwhile, Gayle plans to end her partnership with Alexa and get her out of the Gatsby. Anthony recommends Olivia get the promotion, but Gayle isn't too impressed with her interview. Knowing her days are numbered at the Gatsby, Alexa begins to hunt for the new Glam Fairy headquarters. Plus, Gigi and Frankie learn they're lacking in the communication department and work at mending their relationship, and Christy throws a "welcome to the world" party for her newborn daughter Daniella.

With Gayle embracing her new role as a grandma, Anthony decides to take charge as salon manager and drum up more business. He holds a sales drive to motivate the staff to bring in new clients and raise profits. Tracy is determined to come out on top, but Olivia is ready to give her some stiff competition. Alexa wants no part of it and is more invested in remodeling her new Glam Fairy headquarters so she can get out of the Gatsby as soon as possible. Meanwhile, Anthony celebrates his fifth wedding anniversary and struggles to find the perfect gift for his wife, and Olivia realizes she is better off at the Gatsby and makes a move for Alexa's position as lead makeup artist.

After weeks of construction, Alexa finally opens her new Glam Factory headquarters for business. Knowing she can't stand working another day at the Gatsby, Alexa storms into the salon to announce her departure and unleashes all of her pent up anger on Gayle, initiating a face-off in front of the staff. When Alexa demands that Olivia come with her, Olivia reveals that she is leaving Glam Fairy to take over as Gatsby's lead makeup artist. All the stylists stick with the Gatsby, except for Tracy who secretly negotiates with Alexa to continue moonlighting for Glam Fairy. Meanwhile, Frankie plans the perfect proposal for Gigi, and Olivia and Briella's friendship is tested.

Now that she's officially the Gatsby's lead makeup artist, Olivia wants to prove to Gayle she made the right decision. Inspired by Anthony's "Blow-Out Boot Camp," Olivia holds her own fantasy-themed "Gaga for Glam" makeup class in order to bring in new and edgier clientele. Alexa is ready to spread the word about her new Glam Factory and decides to shoot a viral video of a bridal flash mob. But when a roadblock stops the shoot before it begins, will the idea blow up in her face? Also, Frankie eyes another proposal for Gigi, and Olivia and Briella have another fight and decide to part ways.

Just when Gayle thought she was rid of Alexa and her Glam Fairy drama, the Gatsby's intern Filippo brings in a potential client (his mother!) who's recommitting to her husband--and she wants Gayle and Alexa to do her hair and makeup! Can these two learn to put aside their differences to make Filippo's mom happy? Meanwhile, Olivia volunteers to baby-sit for Christy who hasn't had a night out on the town since becoming a mom. Can both of them deal with the hand-off? Plus, Frankie's ready to propose to Gigi--but will the timing finally be right?

As Olivia settles into her new job as lead makeup artist for the Gatsby, she's motivated to start searching for a junior makeup artist to train. But when former Gatsby employee Doria tells Gayle she's looking for a job, Olivia's plan is turned upside down! The shake-ups at the Gatsby don't end there. Determined to prove herself to Gayle, Olivia decides to play up her strength and books an entire high school homecoming court to come in for hair and makeup, but she struggles when she's forced to work with Doria during the event. When Olivia finally loses it on Doria, Gayle tells Olivia to take time and cool-off to decide if the Gatsby is really where she wants to be. Meanwhile, Tracy tries to survive working her first NY Fashion Week, and Anthony discovers Lorenzo's hairstyling knowledge.

After Gayle forces Olivia to take a week off after her blow-up with Doria, Olivia starts to question her future at the Gatsby. She issues Gayle an ultimatum to choose her or Doria, but Christy insists Olivia take the full time off to think about her decision. Olivia wants to keep her dream of being lead makeup artist and asks Anthony to hire her at his salon. Meanwhile, Tracy and Briella bond on a weekend trip to the Poconos, and Gigi loses her temper when she catches Frankie in a lie and finds him at a bar talking to girls. When Gigi confronts him, Frankie turns the tables and says she's changed into the jealous one in the relationship. Will they be able to work it out? Or have they grown too far apart to save their romance?

While Alexa is a hit, Gayle and her team crack under pressure and must find a new designer to work with before their Fashion Week dreams are ruined. Meanwhile, Gigi offers to make dinner for Frankie's family--but Frankie is worried their meal won't live up to his parents' expectations. Could this be a recipe for disaster?

As the inaugural New Jersey Fashion Week kicks off, Gayle, Anthony and Alexa prepare by staging trials with their teams and designers. Determined to make her dream of doing runway hair and makeup a reality, Tracy sets her sights on an internship with "Vogue." But when she gets turned down, she pursues an internship at a local New Jersey magazine instead. When Tracy is offered a chance to assist on a cover shoot, Olivia is forced to run a Gatsby-To-Go event on her own. Meanwhile, Gigi has an awkward run-in with Frankie forcing her to re-evaluate their relationship, and Anthony continues to pursue his dreams of an expansion without Gayle.

Tracy's obsession with "Live With Regis and Kelly" pays off when she's able to convince Kelly Ripa to feature the Gatsby Salon on the morning talk show. But when she delivers the great news to Gayle, Tracy loses all the credit for her hard work because Gayle insists everyone at the salon should be involved. Plus, Mikey and Filippo train for a bodybuilding competition, and Gigi and Frankie try to just be friends.

Gayle is adamant about growing the Gatsby's on-site services so she and Christy decide to make a promotional mailer to send out to potential clients. Gayle wants Olivia and Tracy to be in the picture as the faces of Gatsby-To-Go, but the day of the photo shoot already conflicts with a photo shoot Tracy is supposed to assist for her magazine apprenticeship. Meanwhile, Gigi and Frankie's new friendship forces Gigi to visit places she's not used to.

When Olivia's favorite intern Miguel books a new gig for Gatsby-To-Go, Gayle is thrilled to have an employee bringing in more cash for her business -- but Tracy gets upset when she learns their other intern isn't needed for the job. Plus, Gayle decides to take all of the Gatsby gang to a winery for a staff appreciation day, and Gigi gets into it with the new girl Michelle after she butts into her and Frankie's on-again off-again relationship.

The salon staff puts their heads together to plan a huge industry party where they can invite potential investors and convince them to open up more Gatsby salon locations. However, a pair of hair styling professionals unexpectedly show up to the event and drop a huge bombshell on Gayle. Plus, Gigi begins to stalk Frankie in hopes of rekindling their friendship, and Olivia and Alexa convince Anthony to let them decorate Olivia's makeup station at his salon.
