Bo Jing Chow

Bo Jing is a Hong Kong contract killer who works for the Wo Chi Triad and Samuel Blake. Samuel sends him to kill Harry, and along the way Bo Jing kills Bobby Hayes, a forger suffering from OCD. Harry eventually catches up to Bo Jing, captures him, and interrogates him about the triad. Bo kills himself by jumping onto a piece of rebar, rather than be left for the police.
