Kai Winn Adami, formerly Vedek, and for a while First Minister, is a very greedy and easily swayed woman. Kira Nerys thinks lowly of her. It is also possible that Winn Adami mutually thinks lowly of Kira Nerys. The two have clashed on how to advance Bajor. However, Adami reminds Nerys that they are equals, as both of them suffered through The Occupation. She seems to be similar to her predecessor, as she is mystical, psychadellic, serene, and blissful. The main difference is that Adami's attitude is that of polished political hot air speeches and lacks the kindness and gentleness of her predecessor. She wants to control all of Bajor which includes the space stations that The Federation and The Ferengi inhabit. She does not want to follow either of their rules nor any other Bajorans' rules. Adami demanded regulation of Keiko's tutoring sessions and arranged to sabotage the classroom when Keiko stood her ground. She lost part of her office to Shakaar when a trivial dispute resulted in a civil war. She uses religion to deceive others. Unfortunately, she is not above being manipulated herself, as she lost her life to a demon that fully consumed Dukat's body.
