Born in Fort Worth, Texas, raised in Dallas, Patricia Blair,at 5' 9", launched her career as a teenage model, and performed in summer stock productions. She debuted in the 1956 war film Jump Into Hell, and in the early 1960s began appearing on television in a recurring role on The Rifleman, followed by six seasons as Rebecca Boone in the series Daniel Boone.
Diagnosed with breast cancer, Patricia Blair died at the age of 80.
