Born in Gander, Newfoundland, Brad Peyton first garnered Hollywood attention in 2002 with a short, gothic, comedy film entitled Evelyn: The Cutest Evil Dead Girl, which was made while he was a resident at the Canadian Film Centre. He tackled his first full-length feature from the director's chair for Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.
