Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Annie Wersching competed in Irish dance, and performed with the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers for some fourteen years. She graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Millikin University and moved to Los Angeles in early 2000. Along with stage work, her television debut was a guest appearance in a 2002 episode of Star Trek: Enterprise, and is remembered for her prominent roles in shows such as Runaways, The Vampire Diaries, Bosch, 24, Timeless and The Rookie.
Diagnosed with cancer at the peak of her career,Annie Wersching passed away at the age of 45.
