Jessica Collins is an American actress. She was born in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from Juilliard in 2005.
Collins has portrayed the roles of Natalie Davis, the psychopath serial killer also known as The Miniature Killer, on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and social worker Lizzie Miller on ABC's The Nine. She also portrayed Maggie Young on the AMC original series Rubicon, and Cynthia on NBC's Revolution.
