Chelsea Handler Will Host the Awards Ceremony

The 2024 Critics Choice Awards will return to the CW, airing on Jan. 14, the network announced today as part of its 2023-24 schedule. Once again, the show will follow the Golden Globes, which have set a January 7 date but no network yet.
(Los Angeles, CA – March 7, 2021) – Tonight, the Critics Choice Association (CCA) announced the winners of the 26th annual Critics Choice Awards LIVE on The CW during an in-person/virtual hybrid ceremony hosted for the third time by acclaimed film, television, and stage star Taye Diggs. (Los Angeles, CA – January 3, 2019) – Acclaimed film, television, and stage star Taye Diggs will host the 24th annual Critics’ Choice Awards, the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) and the Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) announced today. Diggs is currently starring in The CW drama “All American” and was recently seen in the romantic comedy “Set It Up.”
The Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) and the Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) are pleased to announce that the 24th annual Critics’ Choice Awards will air LIVE on The CW Network on Sunday, January 13, 2019 (7:00-10:00p.m. Live ET/ Delayed PT). The show will continue its combined Film and Television awards format, honoring the finest in both cinematic and televised/streaming achievement, and take place once again at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
