Chay was an orphan until The Major adopted him. They met on a Mutual Quest to find Hideo. Despite not even knowing each other for even 24 Hours, both of them slowly formed a Bond with each other. The moment that The Major saved his life, because they used reverse psychology and other insults with each other, and also because he sensed that she knows Hideo, his subsequent actions made it clear that he is never going away. He also expressed his desires that even if he never gets to see Hideo, he is going to follow in his foot steps to be come the next Hideo. While The Major pretended to still be asleep, she noticed that he acquired her contact information. Later, she discovered that he left a locker room key in her wallet, again forcing her to be his Mother. She decides to go to a Bath House to see what he wanted. His locker indeed contained the Stolen Drugs. Feeling sensations of Motherhood for the first time in her life, she takes the Baggage so she can rescue him. She negotiated with The Mob in exchange for giving The Refugees, including Chay, immunity, they can have the drugs that he stole from them with no further pursuit by her. The Mob Boss immediately senses that she knows Hideo, gaining a respect that saved their lives. Also, not wanting to battle a Mother under any situation, He forces his Mob to set them free. The Major is delighted that Chay helped him provide A Wealth Of Information about Hideo. However, despite Chay having no permanent home especially as an unwanted Refugee, she does not want to separate him from his friends. Even so, she says her departure is supposed to be temporary. He stops crying and thinks for a moment he now has the love of a Spiritual Leader and now a Mother. Not only that, but also the two people he loves might know each other. He gains confidence and intends to become the next leader now more than ever.
