In October 2004, this police officer arrested Loomis, who had abducted Humans for the Xindi who had traveled back in time to develop a bio-weapon. He and his partner received a tip from Archer that Loomis was the kidnapper. The officer told Loomis he was lucky that the abductees were still alive. (ENT: "Carpenter Street")
