Ensign Burrows was a Starfleet officer serving aboard Enterprise NX-01 in 2154.
In that year, Burrows was killed by a spatial distortion, the manifestation of Quinn Erickson's transporter signal, while working with Lieutenant Reed in the armory. Contact with the distortion caused Burrows to suffer a massive cellular disruption, resulting in his death. (ENT: "Daedalus")
