Susan Khouri was a 22nd century Human female medical technician and member of the xenophobic movement known as Terra Prime.
Khouri was a graduate of the Stanford University School of Medicine, the Holt-Roberts Procreational Center and the Pence Association for Genotype Diversity. During her professional career she worked at Neo-Life Assistance Center, the Colorado Center of Geo-Medical Research and Lunar Mining Systems, where she was a research associate.
By 2154, Khouri had joined the Terra Prime movement and left Earth to work for them in the Orpheus Mining Complex. To deal with the low-gravity environment, she had to take injections of myofibrilin.
In 2155, Khouri acted as caretaker of the baby girl who was created as a binary clone of Commanders Charles Tucker and T'Pol. John Frederick Paxton, Terra Prime's leader, intended to use the child as a rallying point for his anti-alien views and then destroy her.
Khouri, however, had become very attached to the child, and decided to warn Tucker and T'Pol of Paxton's plot. She was shot and critically wounded by a phase-pistol while traveling to San Francisco. She managed to barely reach T'Pol, giving her a hair sample from the baby and could only barely begin to explain when she succumbed to her wounds. (ENT: "Demons")
