Lourdes Delgado was a main character and an assistant to Anne Glass in medical matters for the 2nd Massachusetts Militia Regiment.
Lourdes is a young college student whose pre-med education was cut short by the alien invasion; she now helps Anne as a medic for the 2nd Mass. Lourdes begins a relationship with Jamil Dexter, which ends when he is killed by Crawlies. Lourdes is implanted with multiple eye-worms and uncontrollably kills many people, including the president of the United States, until Alexis removes them. Lourdes is eventually killed by Alexis Glass-Mason in Chinatown.
